Falling for Yellow

Anton Heunis necklace

I have a new found love for the color yellow. I have always thought of it as a summer color, but this year it is a big trend for Fall. Think of it as the “neon” for this season. When I saw this dress in the store in all its yellow glory, I knew it would become a staple in my Fall wardrobe. I wanted to break up some of the yellow and give this dress a little more of an edgy feel, so I wore it with a black moto style leather jacket, and I accessorized with this amazing statement necklace by Anton Heunis.  What do you think?

Dress: Banana Republic/ Jacket: Zara/ Shoes: Nine West/ Necklace: c/o Anton Heunis

I will be sharing many more looks with this necklace, because I absolutely love it! All of Anton Heunis’s pieces are hand-made in Spain, and the attention to detail is really apparent. If you love truly stunning and unique pieces, you should definitely look at Anton Heunis collection. Check out more of his designs here, and join their Facebook page here.

Military Inspired

Camo pants

Among the many amazing trends this Fall is military inspired clothing and shoes for women. Army greens, camo prints, and uniform-style jackets and pants were all over the runways during fashion week. Cobalt Crush

Cobalt blue jeans

The other day, my husband and I saw the most amazing mural as we were driving, and we decided to stop and take a closer look. Luckily, some of the artists that painted the mural were there, and we got to meet them. The “F-team”, as they call themselves, is made of five local artists […]
